PRICING FRAMEWORK

Smart, transparent, and genuinely official

Built on SACAP's own gazetted Professional Fees Guideline — not an invented tier system.

Project Cost-Based

A sliding-scale percentage of construction value — typically 5-20% for residential work, structured per SACAP's gazetted cost brackets.

Fixed Lump Sum

A defined price for a well-scoped project, giving you budget certainty from the outset.

Time-Based

Hourly rates for feasibility studies, consultations, or work with an evolving scope.

The smart part

Commission our Full Service across all six stages, or a Partial Service covering only the stages you need — each carrying its own transparent fee apportionment under SACAP's guideline. Real adjustments (alterations, heritage work, replication) are drawn from the same published framework, never invented.

REGULATORY STANDING

Two registered professions. One practice.

SACAP — Architecture

Founded on a genuine, named Professional Architect registration — entitled to act as principal agent and principal consultant, and to sign off work for local authority submission.

ECSA — Engineering

In-house engineering capability led by genuine ECSA-registered Professional Engineers (Pr Eng) — real, separately regulated expertise, not implied through partnership.
